Thanks to Spencer Yachts! We snuck in the one spot they had for 72 hrs. Always fun to watch Frankie move the boat up and take the torch to pop the wheel lol. It works . This year, the barnacles were unreal. They woke up!
It only takes two of us but we can kick the barnacles, wipe the sides (yes, all the sides), polish and paint . We went back overboard today and back to our berth at Oregon Inlet. Some Crews are already fishing but we will not be doing that until the end of month.
We have new carpet, new cushions and continue just to overall wipe the interior to get ready. The tackle gauntlet remained at my porch today to see what was already brand new and what had last year’s teeth marks.
Sure a girl can want a new paint job, new tower, new blah blah blah. NO! Santa did not drop that double digits this year lol. Also, we are good and ready to fish when they arrive. I apologize to the folks who are here but we are really hoping for warmer water. (No Heidi, not you. You just missed the ride back…soooo sorry as Will had me working fast! We can still boat ride and there is always coffee. )As it continues to be 70F plus here, that wind direction will warm it! It is a time element we cannot control! My regulars are booking right in (Gracias!) and I look forward to the new faces as well. If you care to book , just give the cell a call and we can take that reservation. No slot is held without a deposit btw and we appreciate you all .
Cheers and onward!
