I have a portfolio of photos that need to be posted. Leave it to the most normal thing this year (a storm) to afford me the opportunity to get a few of those up there!
We have been telling folks the following; our fishing has been changing every four hours! I can set one set of tackle out only to use another. We have been doing that for weeks and it has been productive. Can you get your feelings hurt with no bites? Definitely. Fish can have their lips shut, be hot, cold, full; it is mother nature and she rules!
Albies, Spanish, ribbons, maybe a drum release. Hot water, clear water, tidelines, no lines;North , South, East, West we have been seeing the territory!
You are allowed to power nap! Sometimes it is hard work and you just have to catch ten! The main thing is that you are not in a cubicle, an office, a corner. You are on the water, somewhere different , somewhere maybe new. That has always been the Outer Banks view. Maybe your first time here or a “repeat offender.” We appreciate everyone.
So if you know you are coming in please set it up! We have folks on the books all the way into September and sometimes just speaking can help us out a bit to know when you are coming in and whether extra slots are available! To those we have had to say “no” to ; thank you so much for calling. I would love the chance to take you next time you have a chance! To those on the books;
We are glad to be here!
**** Boats are now returning to the marina after the storm. We are geared up and ready to go tomorrow to see what has been shook up! We are setting out as a fleet in efforts to see what end is up!
More photos from July on the way!
