Today is a dock day! The sun is out, the people shifted, and it is not as “Summery” as we want! Last few days prior leading up were right on target for what we like to see in the beginning season. Untied, booked by folks we can speak with and on our way to the full season. Our crews have been true outdoor folk.

They have taken advantage of being outside, away from home, enjoying what they may not get back in the 9 to 5. THAT, my friends, is why even I slip out of town on occasion. We have family and it can be really hard to realize there are graduations, kids, grandkids, and just things you have to be present for. You get one chance some times.

Soundside earlier we had good fishing. Those fish move around and can hop the shallows so know that. Oceanside we have seen albies, blues, a few spanish, cobia: honestly, it depends on the day, conditions, and temperatures. That is something nature controls. Get us the heat and it will be more organized. That is not to say you can’t get your feelings hurt: yes ma’m. You can get humbled.

We continue to book into July right now and as we stated prio; we have not yet up adjusted any prices. We are holding steady for the people that have seen us through it all and we recognize the gas, the cottage, etc. might cost more this year. We thank you!
Cheers and more as we know it. Today; beach it, lunch out, fly a kite at the ridge . Seems like a perfect day for that!
